Tuition Deposit

**A (non refundable) tuition deposit equal to one weeks fee is taken at the time of enrollment and will be applied to the last week of care. However, One month’s notice is necessary should your child
drop from the program.  If one months notice is not given your deposit will be forfeited and cannot
 be applied towards any account balance. **

Vacation Rates

              All families have the option of up to 2 weeks vacation per calendar year (September thru August)
             at which you pay half your regular tuition rate for each of these weeks.

 **All Wesley Programs are closed  for one week in August for Inservice.  Dates TBA.
   Note:  There is N0 CHARGE for this week.

Late Pick Up Fee

There is a $15 charge per fifteen-minute interval for late arriving parents. Three late pick ups from the program may result in dismissal.

Late Payment Fee

A $10 charge will be assessed to your account if payment is not received on the Wednesday of each week for the preschool and kindergarten and camp programs, or by the 5th of the month for the before or after school program.

Return Check Fee

            A $25 charge will be assessed to your account for checks returned for non-sufficient funds, “NSF.”
