Welcome to Wesley’s Before & After School Program!

Dear Families,

It’s a pleasure to have you at Wesley’s Before & After School Program. Our staff is excited and ready for a fun school year. There are many activities planned to make this year a success.

Just a few reminders…

* Please contact Wesley via the Wesley Main Office by 1 p.m. when your child will not be attending After School Program (Please only call when not attending After School Program, no need to call for morning program) on a scheduled day at
     1-847-729-0184. (24/hr. voice mail, please leave a message)

* If you need to contact the program, FOR EMERGENCY REASONS ONLY,
     you may contact via cell phone:

* The hours of Before School Program are 6:45 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.

* The hours of After School Program are 2:30 or 3:30 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.  Please make sure your child is picked up by 6:00 p.m.  Late pick up will result in late charges on your child’s account.  Three late pick-ups may result in dismissal.

* Tuition is due by the 5th of each month.  Payments are only accepted at our main office at 727 Harlem. Payment envelopes are available upon request.  A $10 late fee will be assessed to your account if payment is not received by the 5th of the month.

* If for any reason you need to drop your child from the program a one-month’s notice must be given or your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be used towards your child’s balance.

* AS STATED IN THE PARENT HANDBOOK; “Whenever someone other than the regular person is to pick up your child, please inform the Wesley office. We CANNOT release your child to anyone not on your signed pick-up list unless a written note is given to the Wesley office or faxed to the Wesley office at 847-729-0186. Staff will request identification if unsure as to the identity of the person picking up your child.  If someone unfamiliar to the staff that is authorized to pick up your child does not have a valid ID with them, your child will not be released.  Please understand this is for your child’s protection and in no way should offense be taken should identification be requested.  Your alternate person must be at least 16 years of age and have proper proof of identification.”
