Registration Fee For All Children          $50.00/child (non-refundable)

Tuition Deposit

                  A tuition deposit equal to one month is taken at the time of enrollment and will be applied to the last month of care. Deposits are refundable until JULY 1st. Once beginning the program, a one-month’s notice is necessary should your child drop from the program so this deposit can be credited to your account. Deposits are credited to your child’s last full month of care (May). If a one-month’s notice is not given your deposit will be forfeited and it may not be used towards your child’s account balance.

PAYMENTS

                  Invoices will be given out the 1st of each month for Before/After School Program (Each Monday for Kindergarten, Preschool, and School Age Camp). Tuition payments for Before/After School Program must be received by the 5th of the month. (Each Wednesday for Kindergarten, Preschool, and School Age Camp).
                                   
Late Payment Fee
                  A $10 charge will be assessed to your account if payment is not received on time. Regular tuition is due whether your child is in attendance or not.

Late Pick Up Fee

                  There is a $15 charge per fifteen-minute interval for late arriving parents.  Three late pick-ups from the program will result in dismissal.

                  A $15 charge will be assessed to your account for checks returned for non-sufficient funds, “NSF”.

2nd Child Rate
                  The first child is the youngest child; the second child is the older child and receives a 10% discount as indicated.

Checks or money orders should be made payable to Wesley Child Care Center.  (Wesley does not accept cash for your protection and ours).  Checks or money orders may be mailed to the Wesley office at 727 Harlem Avenue, Glenview, IL 60025 or can be placed in the box marked “Check Box”, which is located on the wall outside the Wesley office door.
